*INQUIRIES* Leesa Blanco Artistry books all appointments via email or text during business hours only (tues-fri). Hair related questions/concerns will be addressed during business hours as well. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. *CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING* Your appointment is very important to me and reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required to avoid a $50 booking fee. Same day cancellation 50% of service. No show- 100% of service. No shows will not be allowed to rebook. Non refundable deposit required for all appointments and is applied toward the total. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and must place another when you choose to rebook. *EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS* Due to the time reserved and custom hair ordered for extension services, all extension appointments require a nonrefundable deposit. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required before rebooking. Confirmation texts are sent out 72 hours prior and reminder texts 24 hours prior. -PLEASE- confirm your appointment. *LATE ARRIVALS* Please come to your scheduled appointment with clean/dry hair. I do understand things happen, but if more than 10 minutes late, there is a chance we may have to reschedule the appointment so that I may stay on time with the remainder of my clients for the day. *WAITLIST* Please contact me via email or text to be added to my waitlist. Include your full name, email, and phone number and you will receive a confirmation notice from my booking system. **Please do not bring children along to accompany you during your service. This is for their safety and due to the size of my suite, I cannot ensure their safety with hot tools, sharp objects, etc. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
